Banana Creme. I asked my very pregnant sister-in-law what she wanted for dessert.
My brother made the extremely sumptuous dinner. 3 kinds of meat braised in their own juices, oh boy.

Made a coconut creme pie for Mom’s homecoming
Already ate half of it, she’s not here yet.
Dads choco-banana pudding pie…. I’m not one to bake with pre-made ingredients but I had literally 15 minutes to make this for my dads bday…. Premade Graham cracker crust, fill with (melted chocolate, butter and a little milk to thin), layer of instant vanilla pudding and banana, top with layer of whipped cream, more bananas and shaved chocolate. Voilà, enjoy! and Happy 69th bday Dad!
I wanted to share something so easy and amazingly good with you that I learned from watching “5 ingredient fix” on Food Network.
WANT TO MAKE TOFFEE?
Good, grab a can of “Sweetened Condensed milk”
-Put it in a pot of simmering water, uncovered
-Wait three hours (occasionally adding more water due to evaporation)
Take out the can, let cool, open it up andddddd
TOFFEE!
Sweet, dark, rich, creamy, toffee.
With this beautiful substance I made a “Banoffee pie”
Start with a Graham cracker crust, layer it with sliced bananas, on top of that pour the newly birthed warm toffee, more bananas on top of that, cover the whole guy with freshly whipped cream and add more banana on top if you’d like!
Very simple, verrrrry yummy
