I still have a big old chef-crush on Chuck Hughes.
(Look at him with a beard! ahhhhh!)
His show is so informative and easy to watch. Like Anne Burrell his recipes aren’t necessarily the quickest or “mom-friendly” but they are all fully composed meals that incorporate real ingredients and real flavors. And Oh yea he’s an actual chef.
I love the Cooking Channel. Give me more cuties like Chuck!
(I also think David Rocco of Dolce Vita is gay but dude has a wife!?)
